A last minute reminder to come and join the Institute of Foresters of Australia for a planting on World Forestry Day, tomorrow Thursday 21 March at 8.00am, followed by morning tea.
Also, a volunteer request from further afield. After the floods across much of the state, local regions in QLD are calling for volunteers to assist with the flood recovery. Why not take some time to help out.
The Queensland Murray Darling Committee's Dirty Gloves is harnessing the power of volunteers to help farmers, some of whom have been devastated by four floods in just three years, to get back on their feet.
